RoseWood Village is a thriving community where residents receive the amount of assistance they need while retaining the level of freedom they desire. Our highly-trained staff ensures our family of residents a meaningful quality of life with an engaging, enjoyable array of services and amenities. From the practical, to fun, to promoting a healthy lifestyle, our focus is on the well-being and enhanced quality of life of our residents.

Our Levels of Care

  • A full schedule of community-wide events and recreational activities
  • All utilities except long-distance
  • Arranging appointments with medical providers
  • Daily housekeeping, Monday through Friday
  • Daily snacks
  • Fitness and wellness programs
  • Health and wellness assessments
  • Medication reminder services
  • Nutritionally balanced meals
  • On-call occasional assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Outdoor and common area surveillance cameras
  • Reminders and direction as needed
  • Weekly linen services

In addition to the services included in the Village I Care Level, two of the following services are included in the Village II Care Level and three or more are included in the Village III Care Level.

  • Assistance with toileting
  • Bathing or showering
  • Dressing, clothing selection and orientation
  • Grooming, including assistance with hair, oral hygiene, and shaving
  • Incontinent care
  • Mobility – assistance with walking or wheelchair propelling to and from dining, activities, bathroom or exercises
  • Physical assistance with meals
  • Transferring assistance to and from bed to chair or wheelchair

Residents may require additional care and services which are also available at RoseWood Village. These include:

  • Administering medication
  • Beauty and barber shop services
  • Fall alert pads and monitoring services
  • Long distance phone calls
  • Meals for guests
  • Personal laundry services
  • Special diet oversight

All of the services listed above are included in our Innovations Program, with the exception of the fall alert pads and monitoring services, beauty and barber shop services, long distance phone calls and guest meals. For your convenience, we can schedule and arrange for the following services to be performed in our communities. The costs associated with these services are billed directly to the resident or their insurance company by the providers and are subject to provider availability.
